Heidi C. Kier, MT-BC, is a Board Certified Music Therapist specializing in working with persons with Autism, Down Syndrome, and adults diagnosed with mild to profound developmental exceptionalities. A graduate of the State University of New York College at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy, Ms. Kier moved to Atlanta, GA where she completed an intensive eight month internship with the Fulton County School System, gaining knowledge of behavioral strategies and developmentally appropriate interventions. She served students grades Pre-K through High School diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and mild to profound developmental exceptionalities. Upon successful completion of the internship, she was hired by the Fulton County School System to provide Music Therapy through the end of the school year.

Jim Dawson is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCABA) and a Certified Teacher. Mr. Dawson graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business in 2001 with a Business Administration degree in Management. Once he completed his B.A. in Management, he then earned his Certification in Interrelated Special Education from Georgia State University College of Education. Following, Mr. Dawson obtained his BCABA.

Mr. Dawson was a teacher in two counties in Metro Atlanta, Georgia, where he had experience teaching children with Severe Autism and related disabilities, ranging from Pre-K to high School level. Mr. Dawson has experience in ABA, TeACCH training, Social Skills training, PECS training, AAC device training, DTT, and Functional Curriculum training. He has experience serving individuals ages birth to 45 years, ranging in exceptionalities from Autism, Asperger's, CP, Medically Fragile, LD, SEBD, DS, Rhetts, ADHD, and PDD/NOS.
