<p class="releaseDateline"> Oakland, CA (Vocus / PRWeb) February 16, 2011 </P> Fri, Stewart Levine, author of &#8220;How to achieve a resolution was recently adopted at the College of Law practice management â? community honor for senior staff working in the field of law practice management. Further achievements recently, Levine was invited to speak to an audience of international mediators on the intermediary Beyond Borders annual Congress in March 2011 year. </P>
<p> Levineâ? work centers around increasing productivity while keeping the cost of conflict. As a result of observation as an attorney and marketing executive, he has developed a model for communication and cooperation, working for individuals, couples, partners and small and large organizations of all kinds. His models for problem solving, cooperation and conflict resolution has been approved by the House Judiciary Committee. Levine also teaches negotiation and communication skills, conflict management from the American Management Association, CEO Space and the UC Berkeley School of Law. </P>
<p> Levine is currently working with the American Management Association to design a virtual course entitled &#8220;Building a better working relationship, and http://www.LiviaLegal.com to develop an electronic training program to support cooperation and conflict resolution process. He would offer courses on it, &#8220;Being Resolutionary&#8221; in the spring of 2011. </P>
